Return Policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns and any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Or you can return your purchase to our store to avoid shipping charges. Store returning is only by appointment.
